Polish registry clerks trained to refuse transcription of same-sex couples' documents

The academic journal Metryka organised a three-hour training session for Polish civil registry clerks, instructing them on how to refuse transcription of birth certificates for children of same-sex couples. Participants were told that covering same-sex spouses under joint health insurance "is anarchy" and that transcription should be refused to "every couple."
