Norwegian King Harald V in serious condition, crowds gather at palace

Norway's Royal Court announced on Thursday that King Harald V is in very serious condition. Hundreds of people gathered outside the Royal Palace in Oslo following the news. Crown Prince Haakon, acting as regent, and Queen Sonja cancelled all their scheduled engagements.
