Constitutional Tribunal: finance minister's budget decision is a flagrant breach of law

The Polish government excluded the Constitutional Tribunal's revenues and expenditures from its draft budget bill. The Tribunal responded by stating that the finance minister's remarks were "completely untrue" and that his decision constitutes "a flagrant breach of law".
