Jagiellonia and Lech Poznań to play postponed Ekstraklasa matches on 16-17 December

Ekstraklasa has scheduled the postponed round-4 matches for Jagiellonia Białystok and Lech Poznań for December 16 and 17, after their participation in the Europa League forced the delay.
