Ukraine's intelligence: Russia to mobilise 600,000 troops this year and in 2027

Ukrainian military intelligence claims Moscow has already decided to call up 300,000 troops this year and another 300,000 in 2027, driven by massive battlefield losses and a collapse in voluntary recruitment. Kyiv expects the formal mobilisation announcement to follow Russia's September elections.
