Russia bombs Kherson power plant — city left without heat and power, evacuation ordered
Four Russian glide bombs destroyed Kherson's city thermal power plant, cutting off electricity and heating just before winter. Ukrainian energy company Naftogaz confirmed that all power-generating equipment was destroyed. City authorities called on residents to evacuate.
