Supreme Administrative Court upholds refusal to pay PiS millions from state budget
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court dismissed Prawo i Sprawiedliwość's cassation appeals at the start of August, rejecting the party's demand that the Finance Ministry pay it several million zlotys in grants and subsidies. The court has now published the reasoning behind those rulings. The case concerns disputed budget funds that PiS failed to obtain.
