KNF approves PZU and Link4 merger — deal to close in Q1 2027

Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has cleared the planned merger of PZU SA and Link4 insurance company, stating there are no grounds to object. The deal is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2027, marking a further step in the consolidation of the Polish insurance market.
