Dutch court convicts Rwandan man over 1994 genocide, sentences him to life

A Dutch court has convicted a Rwandan man of participating in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda and sentenced him to life imprisonment. The verdict is among the rare convictions handed down for Rwanda genocide crimes outside of Rwanda itself.
