Kherson under intensifying Russian attack — residents urged to evacuate

The head of Kherson's regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, has urged residents — especially families with children and the elderly — to evacuate immediately. Russia is intensifying strikes on the city's critical infrastructure, and air defences have proven unable to stop the attacks. The city faces prolonged outages of electricity and heating.
