German interior minister calls for Baltic rapid-reaction group amid hybrid attack warning

German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt warned on Friday that hybrid attacks are expected to intensify and called for the creation of a "rapid-reaction group" with allies operating in the Baltic Sea region. The initiative is aimed at strengthening protection of critical infrastructure in the area. Germany is increasingly active on Baltic security matters.
