Polish government excludes Constitutional Tribunal from 2027 budget

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański confirmed that the draft 2027 budget contains no revenue or spending lines for the Constitutional Tribunal. The reason given is that the Tribunal's financial plan was not delivered in time to be included. The move represents a further step in the ongoing standoff between the government and the Constitutional Tribunal.
