Solidarity levy to rise from 4% to 5%, hitting more entrepreneurs

The Polish government is proposing to raise the solidarity levy from 4% to 5%. At the same time, a planned lowering of the revenue threshold for flat-rate taxation could push many entrepreneurs out of that scheme, forcing them to pay the levy. The changes were flagged by the daily Rzeczpospolita.
