Polish finance minister: Constitutional Tribunal will receive no budget funding next year

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański announced that the Constitutional Tribunal will not receive funding in next year's budget. The reason given is that the Tribunal failed to submit its required income and expenditure plan. The decision marks a further escalation of the conflict between Prime Minister Tusk's government and the Tribunal, whose current composition the government considers unconstitutional.
