Estonian court declares Zondacrypto operator insolvent — creditors must file in Tallinn

A court in Tallinn has formally declared BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of the Zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange, insolvent. Victims of the exchange may pursue their claims, but only through Estonian proceedings and within a limited timeframe. The case affects Polish customers of one of the country's largest crypto exchanges.
