Zero funding for Poland's Constitutional Tribunal in 2027 budget draft

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański announced on Friday that the 2027 budget draft contains no funding for Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. He said the Tribunal failed to effectively submit its revenue and expenditure plan to the ministry. As a result, the institution has been left out of next year's budget planning entirely.
