Justice Ministry wants fines for covering faces at ATMs and mandatory recordings

Poland's Justice Ministry is proposing that banks and ATM owners be required to record customers' faces during transactions. The footage would be stored for 90 days. Penalties would apply to anyone who covers their face at an ATM or cash deposit machine.
