Dworczyk on Zondacrypto affair: the state failed to act preventively

MEP Michał Dworczyk of the Rozwój Plus association argued that the central failure in the Zondacrypto affair was the state's lack of preventive action. Journalist Mikołaj Kunica pushed back, citing Donald Tusk's remarks at a closed Sejm session in April. Dworczyk responded that the state should not operate by convening secret parliamentary sessions.
