Citi Handlowy Sold Retail Banking to VeloBank and Pivots to Global Business
Citi Handlowy completed the transfer of its retail banking arm to VeloBank in mid-June and has no plans to further downsize its operations. The bank is declaring an acceleration of its Global Business Banking strategy. President Elżbieta Czetwertyńska highlights that both the bank and the Polish economy have strong fundamentals to drive future growth.
