Lithuanian commander: US troop rotation in Lithuania on schedule despite minor delays

Lithuanian Armed Forces commander Raimundas Vaikšnoras confirmed on August 26 on TV3 that the rotation of US troops in Lithuania is proceeding as planned despite minor delays. Soldiers who left their bases will be replaced by new arrivals.
