Tibet dam breach sends lake flooding into Nepal — rescuers evacuated

According to AFP, all rescue workers involved in operations in Nepal have been ordered to evacuate immediately. The lake formed by a landslide on the Nepal-China border has begun to overflow, threatening a new wave of flooding.
