Experts warn Russia is using the "boiling frog" method to escalate against Europe

A growing number of experts believe Russian provocations — drone incursions, assassination attempts and acts of sabotage across Europe — have moved beyond hybrid warfare. Camille Grand, former NATO Deputy Secretary General and current head of the European aerospace and defence industry association, warns that Russia is applying the "boiling frog" method: each escalation gradually becomes the new normal until Europe finds itself in a far more dangerous situation. Grand stresses that Russian actions are a deliberate test of Western boundaries.
