Chelsea open to selling Enzo Fernandez to Man City for the right price

Chelsea are willing to sell midfielder Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City if the price is right and they can strengthen their own squad before the transfer window closes. The Argentine joined Chelsea from Benfica for a British transfer record fee. Manchester City are reportedly interested in adding him to their midfield.
