ATMs to be required to record customers, store footage for 90 days

Poland's Ministry of Justice is proposing a legal requirement for ATMs and cash deposit machines to record customers using them. The footage would have to be stored for 90 days following each transaction. The regulation is set to be included in the Payment Services Act.
