Montenegro intelligence warns of Russian hybrid operations ahead of EU accession

Montenegro is preparing to join the European Union, but intelligence services have warned of planned Russian hybrid operations targeting the country. Prime Minister Milojko Spajić said attempts at destabilisation would not alter Montenegro's European path.
