Polish women's volleyball team secures top-two finish at Euro, but Szczygłowska's fitness uncertain
Poland's women's volleyball team beat Germany 3-0 and are guaranteed at least second place in their European Championship group. The team is coping without injured captain and libero Aleksandra Szczygłowska — coach Stefano Lavarini said after the match he could not confirm whether she would be available for the knockout stage. Monika Lampkowska has also been dealing with a shoulder issue ahead of the tournament.
