Montenegro expects hybrid attacks from at least two regional states, PM warns

Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić announced that intelligence data indicates at least two countries in the Balkans are planning hybrid operations targeting Podgorica. He stressed that destabilisation attempts will not alter Montenegro's European path. The country has not named the states allegedly behind the planned actions.
