Lukashenko arrives in Moscow for talks with Putin

Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Moscow for an official visit, with talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin as the main agenda item, according to state agency BelTA. The visit comes days after Lukashenko ordered an immediate combat-readiness inspection of the Belarusian military.
