Polish warehouse demand surges over 21% in the first half of the year

Tenants leased over 3.51 million square metres of warehouse space in Poland in the first half of the year, a rise of 21.3% compared to the same period a year earlier. The number of vacant warehouse halls is steadily declining. Rents for premium facilities in major markets remain broadly stable.
