Warsaw court refuses to lift Romanowski's European arrest warrant

The Warsaw District Court has rejected a motion by Marcin Romanowski's defence lawyer, Bartosz Lewandowski, to lift the European Arrest Warrant against his client. The lawyer had argued that Romanowski is outside the EU — citing a disputed letter from Tiraspol — making the warrant pointless. The court disagreed, finding no evidence to justify lifting the warrant.
