Ipswich sign World Cup winner Palacios from Bayer Leverkusen

Argentina midfielder Exequiel Palacios, a World Cup winner, has joined Ipswich Town from Bayer Leverkusen. He becomes the first World Cup winner to sign for the Suffolk club. Ipswich have been active in the transfer market following their return to the Premier League.
