McInnes takes full responsibility for Rangers' 'embarrassing' European exit

Rangers manager Derek McInnes said he takes "full responsibility" for his side's "embarrassing" Conference League exit against Jablonec. The Scottish club were knocked out by the Czech side in the early rounds of European competition. McInnes described the result as mortifying.
