Nepal-Tibet floods kill nearly 400, 90 Americans among the missing

Devastating floods on the Nepal-Tibet border have killed nearly 400 people, sweeping away entire villages. At least 90 Americans are among the missing, most of them foreign tourists. The remote terrain is hampering rescue operations.
