Forced military recruitment in Russia's Penza region: men seized off streets

Independent media report that men in Russia's Penza region are being seized off streets and dragged from their homes in broad daylight and forced to sign military contracts. Russia's Interior Ministry claims those detained are "criminals", and officials warn of consequences for anyone who interferes with the alleged arrests. Clashes with police have also been reported.
