Duplantis clears 6.25m in Zurich but world record stands; Karalis pushes to 6.32m

At the Zurich athletics meeting, Greek vaulter Emanuil Karalis broke his national record with 6.20m, then both athletes attempted 6.32m. Armand Duplantis responded with 6.25m, setting a meeting record, but fell short of the world record. Karalis came close to clearing 6.32m; a visibly frustrated Duplantis ended the session throwing the bar in anger.
