PKO BP challenges KNF's 47.5 million złoty fine over structured deposits

PKO Bank Polski has filed a request for reconsideration after the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) imposed a 47.5 million złoty fine on the bank. The KNF's charges relate to irregularities in the offering of structured deposits between 2021 and 2023. PKO BP disputes the decision and is seeking its review.
