Georgia cop used Flock surveillance to track his ex-partner and her male friend

A Georgia police officer used the Flock license plate recognition system to track the movements of his ex-partner — a fellow cop — after their affair ended. He also monitored a man whose vehicle frequently appeared near hers. The case came to light through internal investigation records.
