EU official: Russia not preparing European attack, but hybrid and direct threats grow

A European Union official told AFP there are no signs that Russia is preparing a military attack on any European country. However, Celine Berthon, head of France's domestic intelligence agency DGSI, warned that France must reckon with the possibility of direct and more brutal hostile acts on its territory. The hybrid threat from Russia is assessed as real and growing.
