Armenia drops "strategic partnership" with Russia from its government programme

Armenia has removed the term "strategic partnership" with Russia from its five-year government programme. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said there are now grounds to no longer treat Moscow as a strategic partner. The move marks another step in Armenia's drift away from Russia's sphere of influence.
