Poland drafts law on platform work ahead of EU deadline

The Polish government is drafting legislation to regulate platform work — such as food delivery and ride-hailing apps — describing the current situation as a "fake business relationship." The bill is required by an EU directive Poland must implement by end of 2026. It is currently undergoing public consultation.
