Żurek: Berek was wronged by politicising his Constitutional Tribunal candidacy

Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek praised Maciej Berek, the KO parliamentary group's nominee for a seat on Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, calling him a legal "giant." He also said Berek had been wronged by having his nomination linked to politics. Berek is a candidate put forward by ruling coalition MPs.
