Alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to face trial in June 2028

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind behind the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States, is set to face a US military tribunal in June 2028, according to AFP. The trial will be held at an isolated naval base outside the continental US. Mohammed has been held in detention for over two decades.
