Poland and three EU states push to use frozen Russian assets for Ukraine
The foreign ministers of Poland, Spain, the Netherlands and Sweden called on the EU on Thursday to resume discussions on using frozen Russian assets to fund continued support for Ukraine. The four ministers argued that the EU's existing loan of 90 billion euros is insufficient. They urged the bloc to take bolder financial action against Russia.
