Polish military to replace mass recruitment with a competency questionnaire for recruits

Poland's General Staff is piloting a Military Competency Questionnaire set to transform how recruits are assessed and assigned. The tool aims to match soldiers to roles suited to their skills rather than treating them as an undifferentiated mass. The project is currently in its pilot phase.
