Former Obama aide on CIA chief's Moscow visit: we have reasons to be concerned

Patrick Gaspard, former political director in the Barack Obama administration, commented on CIA Director John Ratcliffe's secretive visit to Moscow and his meeting with Vladimir Putin. He said there are reasons for concern and for asking questions. Asked about threats to European allies stemming from Donald Trump's policies, he said plainly that Europe has every right to be worried.
