Play posts PLN 1bn half-year profit as French owner eyes further Polish acquisitions

P4 Group, the operator of Poland's Play mobile network, earned around PLN 1 billion in the first half of 2026. Nearly the entire amount was paid out in July as a dividend to the French group controlled by Xavier Niel. CEO Thomas Reynaud stated the company still sees acquisition opportunities in Poland.
