Ukrainian intelligence: Russia planning mobilisation of up to 600,000 after September elections

Ukrainian intelligence has established that Russia is preparing a major new mobilisation wave of up to 600,000 people, to be announced after the September elections. The call-up would include security service employees previously exempt from conscription. Massive front-line losses are reportedly driving Moscow to tap previously untouchable reserves.
