Russian intelligence recruits relatives of Ukrainian POWs, Ukraine's SBU warns

Russian intelligence services have intensified efforts to recruit Ukrainians whose relatives are held as prisoners of war in Russia, according to Ukraine's Security Service (SBU). In exchange for cooperation, Moscow allegedly promises to help arrange prisoner exchanges, and sometimes demands money for the "return" of captives. The SBU has warned citizens to be alert to such approaches.
