Zondacrypto boss may cooperate as crown witness — lawyers explain the rules
The head of collapsed cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto is considering cooperating with prosecutors as a crown witness. Lawyers explain that the suspect could benefit from either the "minor" or "major" crown witness provisions under Polish law, each offering different levels of procedural leniency. One prosecutor noted that without a presidential veto, the minor crown witness institution would not exist in this case at all.
