Fire at Russian-Chinese gas complex kills 15, mostly foreign nationals

A fire at the Amur Gas Chemical Complex in Russia's Far East has killed at least 15 people, more than initially reported. The facility stated that most of the victims were foreign nationals. An industrial safety investigation is under way.
